How do I add credit to my account?
Login to your Clenergy EV app and go to the menu on the top right of the screen.
Choose Balance and top up. You will be asked to select the amount you would like to top up by. If you haven’t already added a payment method, you can do this here too.
Tip
Be sure to add money to your account before you set off on a journey - it means you can tap, charge and go when you arrive by using the RFID card.
