Platform Updates: New Features & Improvements

Here you'll find details on the latest upgrades to our platform to support charger management and data insights.

The main principles behind these changes were to make the platform more streamlined and intuitive while providing clients with additional functionality to give them more control over their chargers and data and deliver a better overall driver experience.

We've compiled this breakdown of the latest feature improvements to inform you of our platform's evolution.

Use the guide below for easy reading:

1. New filtering features

On the network overview page, clients can now filter the table using the brand-new filters section!

Going forward, clients will be able to filter the network overview page based on Status, CPO (based on access level), Owner, Charger Group, Brand and Model where each of the fields can have multiple entries (e.g you can filter to get chargers that are ‘available’ or ‘active’ simultaneously).

The previous method of filtering chargers by one status only by clicking on the circles has been removed to provide more flexibility to users when filtering the overview section.

2. Important changes to VAT and receipts

An important change for our clients, we've now added a section for businesses to enter their business details (including VAT information) on the platform themselves, which are visible to the drivers on their receipts.

To do this, an admin account for a CPO or Owner will need to go to the administration section of the platform, and select the CPO or Owner before inputting the correct information under the ‘Company details’ section and pressing ‘Save’.

3. CO2-saving visuals

Regular users will be familiar with our performance overview graphs on the dashboard.

These give some at-a-glance visuals of the key details of your network's performance, including charger revenue, number of transactions, and energy used across all of your chargers.

In this batch of updates, we've added greenhouse gas savings as a fourth metric on the dashboard to provide clients with visibility of their positive environmental impact.

4. Easy-access knowledge base

Some of our users may be familiar with our publicly available knowledge base as a tool to access guides and troubleshoot issues. Now, we've made it easily accessible from the platform so that clients can review step-by-step guides and frequently asked questions to quickly find the solution to common problems.

Of course, our ticketing and call-in systems are there to resolve any complex issues, but most common issues can be resolved by reviewing the knowledge base.

5. Send receipts & view transaction-specific graphs

Users with admin access to a CPO will now be able to view transaction-specific graphs and send receipts to desired email addresses from the new transactions page.

6. Alerts

An important change for our clients: we've now added a section for clients to add emails they want to be automatically alerted when chargers go offline or report a faulted status.

To do this, an admin account for a CPO or Owner will need to go to the administration section of the platform, select the CPO or Owner, select the ‘Contacts’ section, click add contact to add the email, select the alert type and press ‘Save’.

7. Changes to 'reports'

The 'analysis' section of the platform has changed to 'reports'. This is because the analysis information is now moved to the dashboard homepage, where the information is also represented graphically for more detailed analysis.

Also, the reporting system has been updated so that reports requested through the portal are processed behind the scenes and sent to users’ emails. That means you can now request reports as large as you need without affecting the platform performance, making your experience smoother with a faster turnaround.

That wraps up this batch of platform upgrades!

We know there’s a lot to digest, so don’t hesitate to reach out to your account manager; they’ll be happy to walk you through the new features.

Note: Reminder that the admin platform is best viewed at a minimum of 1280x720 pixels resolution.

Thanks for choosing our platform. We’ll keep you posted with more exciting updates and features coming soon!
